The staff greeted us warmly from arrival. i found the included breakfast quite delicious and plentiful. i also appreciated the direct access to the shopping center. It provided easy access to stores and a supermarket. the proximity to bus stop was a real plus for quick trips.
the shower drain cover in my room was missing and had an unpleasant odor when i first arrived. while the location was convenient, the initial room condition wasn't ideal. i think a closer inspection is needed before new guest arrival.

maria checked me in and aj handled my checkout. the breakfast was nice with many options. the rooms were super clean. beds were comfy, i slept like a baby.
the hotel is situated in a commercial plaza and requires travel via public transportation to reach the area of museums. walking to the city center is not really an option.

the hotel is connected to a large shopping center with many shops and a supermarket nearby i found a good selection of items there the hotel also offers a discount for parking in the mall parking area i paid €20 per night. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit the room was clean and well kept i felt comfortable. the breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options i enjoyed the variety of food.
i noticed a very slight musty odor in the room upon arrival otherwise everything else was satisfactory.
